About Us

Ultra Aviation Services, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Keith Martinich.  Keith, has been involved with both the general and business sectors of the aviation industry for more than 19 years, including 17 years at the manufacturer level providing sales, marketing and business development for new and pre-owned piston, turboprop and jet aircraft.

Since joining the aviation industry, Keith has completed aircraft transactions valued in excess of $375 million, participating in more than 500 aircraft transactions in the United States and 22 foreign countries.

Ultra Aviation has provided marketing, consulting and sales representation for manufacturers of new aircraft including the Quest Aircraft Company, Cessna Aircraft, Hawker Beechcraft, Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation, Commander Aircraft, and Lake Aircraft.

Additional experience includes FBO acquisitions and operations, and aircraft management.  He has been flying for nearly 25 years, taking his first flight lesson as a high school freshman at the Danbury Municipal Airport, in Danbury, Connecticut.

Prior to forming UAS, Keith was President and CEO of Strategic Jet Services, a subsidiary of Aviation General, and served as Vice President of sales and marketing for the Commander Aircraft Company.  Previously, he held aircraft sales and marketing positions with the largest Hawker Beechcraft Sales and Service Center, Piedmont Hawthorne Aviation and one of the largest international jet brokerage firms, AVPRO, Inc.

Keith is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University earning Bachelor degrees in Aviation Business Management and Aeronautical Science. He is a commercial pilot with an instrument, multi engine, and sea plane ratings, and has logged over 7,000 flight hours in 50 types of personal piston and turbine business aircraft including Cirrus, Beechcraft series, Cessna series, Piper, Diamond, TBM 700/850 series and Quest Kodiak 100.
